Missing distribution
AI commercial manager for hotels
More distribution.
Better pricing.
Fewer empty rooms.
Yadogatari is being built to connect a hotel's booking channels and direct website, open channels the hotel is missing, update availability and pricing, and help sell quiet periods before they arrive.
Preparing the first test across four hotels and approximately 110 rooms.

Where revenue disappears
Hotels lose revenue long before a room stays empty.
Empty rooms are the final result. The revenue is usually lost earlier: when the property is missing from a channel, when a high-demand date is sold at the ordinary price, or when a weak period is noticed too late to sell as a group offer.
Late pricing
Demand arrives before the rate changes
A concert, conference or sudden booking surge can arrive before anyone changes the rate.Quiet periods found too late
No time left to create demand
By the time weak occupancy is obvious, there may be no time left to create packages or contact travel agencies.Fragmented inventory
More channels create more risk
Adding distribution becomes unsafe when reservations and availability still have to be copied manually. The commercial operating loop
One system for the complete revenue loop.
Yadogatari will connect the systems the hotel already uses and handle the recurring work between them.

01 · Expand distribution
Be available where guests are already searching.
Yadogatari will identify relevant OTAs the hotel is not using, prepare the property information and listing, complete routine registration steps, and ask management only for contracts, verification, banking information and required approvals.
A hotel should not give up an entire sales channel because maintaining another account creates too much work.
02 · Grow safely
Sell through more channels without creating overbookings.
When a room is booked through Expedia, availability should update on Booking.com, the hotel's direct website and every other connected channel. Staff should not need to copy the same reservation between systems.
Synchronization is not the whole product. It is what makes broader distribution safe.
03 · Price demand earlier
Do not sell a €200 night for €50.
Yadogatari will watch booking pace, remaining rooms, competitor prices, seasonality and local events. It can recommend or apply price changes within limits set by the hotel before ordinary rates sell out during unusually high demand.
Every figure shown here is sample data, not a claimed result.
04 · Create demand
Find empty weeks while there is still time to sell them.
Yadogatari will identify weak future periods, calculate room limits for a profitable group offer, and help prepare and send offers to travel agencies before those rooms become last-minute inventory.
This creates a revenue path beyond OTA synchronization and day-to-day pricing.
One commercial system
The commercial work, not another disconnected tool.
Reservations, availability, online distribution, direct bookings, pricing and group sales should not live in separate workflows. Yadogatari is being built as the operating layer that coordinates them and performs the routine work between them.
Factual starting conditions
Starting point · Skopje
Starting with four hotels and the spreadsheets they use today.
A manager responsible for four independently branded hotels in Skopje, totaling approximately 110 rooms, has signed an agreement to provide operational data and test the product.
The hotels currently track reservations in spreadsheets, receive most online bookings through Booking.com, process direct website reservations manually, and change prices periodically based on manager judgment. Expedia was previously active but was turned off because maintaining the process created too much work.
Independent first, not forever
Start with one property. Run the same process across a group.
Yadogatari is starting where the problem is easiest to see: hotels that rely on spreadsheets and a small number of online channels. The same commercial operating layer is intended to support multi-property operators and larger hotel groups using existing hotel systems.
Real hotel workflow
Real hotel operations
Built around how hotels actually operate.
Yadogatari is designed around real hotel workflows: reservations copied into spreadsheets, rates changed manually, channels abandoned because maintaining them takes too much time, and quiet periods noticed too late.
The product starts from these operational realities and turns them into one coordinated commercial system.
